Ric Caesar is a consultant eye surgeon in Cheltenham. He has enjoyed teaching ophthalmic trainees for the last 20 years. He is at his happiest either operating, cycling, walking, skiing, kitesurfing, sailing, playing Padel or eating and drinking with friends and family.
